These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HygieWash's website and services. By booking a pickup, walking into our stores, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
HygieWash provides organic dry cleaning, premium laundry, steam ironing, leather product care, shoes & handbag cleaning, and sofa & carpet cleaning — with complimentary doorstep pickup and delivery across selected Gurugram neighbourhoods.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be placed through:
- WhatsApp (using the pre-filled message from our website forms),
- A phone call to any of our store numbers,
- In-store walk-in at any of our locations.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge the pickup time and address over phone or WhatsApp.
3. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery are complimentary within our serviceable areas.
- Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on the service and order size. We will inform you of any expected delay.
- You agree to be available (or designate someone) at the agreed time slot. If we cannot collect or deliver due to unavailability, we reserve the right to reschedule or charge a re-attempt fee.
4. Pricing
- Prices listed on our website and at our stores are inclusive of standard cleaning services.
- Special handling — heavy stains, delicate fabrics, oversized items — may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before processing.
- First-time customer discounts and seasonal offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of booking.
5. Item Care and Liability
- We handle every garment with industry-standard care and use eco-friendly cleaning agents.
- HygieWash is not liable for damage that occurs due to inherent weakness or pre-existing condition of the fabric, manufacturer defects, missing or unreadable care labels, or items not declared at the time of pickup.
- Concerns regarding cleaning quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a free re-clean.
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Compensation, where applicable, is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for that specific item, capped at the item's depreciated value.
6. Items We Do Not Accept
We do not accept items containing hazardous materials, items of religious or sentimental value that cannot be replaced, or any item that has not been explicitly declared at the time of pickup.
7. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a scheduled pickup free of charge before our team is dispatched. Cancellations after the pickup vehicle has been dispatched may attract a nominal re-attempt fee.
8. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and address information.
- Empty pockets and remove all valuables before handing over garments — HygieWash is not responsible for items left inside garments.
- Disclose any special instructions or known fabric issues at the time of pickup.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the HygieWash name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by HygieWash and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HygieWash's total liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
